PRIVATE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

As the old saying goes, prevention is better than cure, and this could not be more true when it comes to your most valuable asset, your home!

With today’s busy schedules and lack of experience, home owners find it more difficult to keep track with general maintenance to be done in and around their properties. With our extensive experience in construction and maintenance, Multiscope Building Consultants offers a monthly, quarterly or biyearly service where we conduct a detailed condition report and survey on properties, advising on any maintenance issues that should be addressed.

Each and every home is different, and there for your condition report will be tailor made to fit your specific dwellings requirements.

10-YEAR MAINTENANCE PLANS AND CONDITION REPORTS & ASSESSMENTS

According to the sectional title act, all Bodies Corporate are expected to have a maintenance plan and condition report in place at all times. The purpose of this is to better plan for any future maintenance expenditures. This not only puts a body corporate in a position to anticipate major expenditures in the future, but it also allows for financial planning.

When a maintenance action plan is in place, this prevents deterioration of buildings and in doing so maintains asset value. Further this also prevents any unnecessary special levies to be passed to owners.

TECHNICAL DETAIL SPECIFICATIONS

To ensure that all works and repairs to be done by our clients are of a good quality and methodology, we offer to draft detailed technical specifications. By doing this we can be assured that when suppliers or contractors are approached, that all prices will be based on the same specifications and quality.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Multiscope Building Consultants offers project management services, whether it be small maintenance projects, alterations or a new dwelling. We can manage the entire project for you from start to finish. This includes tender processes, appointments, site inspections and report back to our clients and/or shareholders.
